The blast furnace tuyere camera system is a specialized monitoring device installed on the blast furnace tuyere. It is directly mounted at the tuyere observation port to provide real-time monitoring of the pulverized coal injection status, sintering condition, and combustion state inside the tuyere. During the blast furnace smelting process, operators can observe the brightness of the tuyere, the movement of coke, and the condition of coal injection through the tuyere peephole, gaining insights into the uniformity of work around the furnace circumference and the thermal state of the hearth. It also enables timely detection of abnormal coal injection, tuyere damage, and unusual furnace conditions.
