HB1503 semi-conductive self-adhesive tape is a flexible, semi-conductive insulating tape with stable performance, a wide operating temperature range, and consistent electrical conductivity. It exhibits excellent compatibility with cable materials. It can operate long-term at 80°C, with an emergency overload temperature of up to 130°C.

Product Features

Applications

2. Used for wrapping high-voltage connectors and sleeves to form rounded ends, providing continuity for high-voltage joints and terminals, replacing damaged semi-conductive layers under cable metal, forming the conductive part of stress cones, and acting as conductive gaskets.
3. Repair of layers in 6-10kV power cables.
4. Other applications requiring semi-conductive materials.

Instructions for Use
Clean the surface to be bonded to ensure it is free of dust, oil, and other contaminants. Stretch the tape to 3/4 of its original width, apply with a 1/2 overlap, and press firmly at the end to ensure good adhesion.
