Product Characteristics: The product features excellent performance, convenient application, foaming of the adhesive layer after curing, insolubility, and low-temperature resistance; the solute is primarily butyl rubber, offering excellent waterproof performance.
Main Applications: Mainly used at both ends of heat-shrink tubes, providing better waterproofing effects than hot-melt adhesives.
Usage Method: Apply to the cleaned end of the sleeve, preferably coating twice. After the solvent evaporates, protect the coated area with anti-stick paper to avoid contamination affecting adhesion strength; clean the surface of the cable and connector interface until free of oil and dust; wrap the waterproof sealing adhesive into an apple or oval shape at the area requiring adhesion and sealing, close the connector cover, and use a screwdriver to fill the remaining gaps with the waterproof sealing adhesive; aim a hairdryer at the cable and connector interface, maintaining the interface temperature at around 130°C for 3-5 minutes; apply a section of heat-shrink tube and shrink it until the waterproof sealing adhesive overflows.
