The DVMCJA intelligent grouting machine consists of high-speed mixing, low-speed mixing, grouting, and computer control components. After materials are placed into the high-speed mixing cylinder to complete feeding, the system automatically starts mixing. After mixing for a certain period, the materials are automatically transferred to the low-speed cylinder for storage. Once the grouting pipes are connected, automatic grouting is initiated by clicking the corresponding button. Precision sensors are installed at both the inlet and outlet of the pipeline to monitor pressure in real time, and the data is fed back to the main system for analysis and judgment. When the system detects grout returning from the outlet, it indicates that the duct is filled with cement slurry, and the system automatically closes the return valve. The grouting machine's actions are controlled to regulate pressure and stabilize time, ensuring the grouting process is completed under critical constraints, resulting in full and compact grouting.

     Usage Precautions 1. Before starting, check that the power supply and motor rotation direction are correct. Phase loss or reverse operation is strictly prohibited. If the motor is replaced, the rotation direction of each motor must be verified. 2. Do not press the feeding cylinder during material addition, as this may lead to inaccurate measurements. 3. Strictly follow the sequence of automatic water addition → cement addition → additive addition. Deviation may affect mixing results. 4. Start high-speed mixing immediately after adding materials to prevent the mixture from setting. 5. Do not exit the grouting interface or adjust other parameters or control settings during grouting. 6. Parameter setting and calling should not be performed under the same serial number to avoid overwriting previous grouting records. 7. During grouting pause, move the slurry relief lever to the relief position. To prevent cement slurry from setting in the grouting machine, the system will automatically restart within 8 minutes. Blocking operations are strictly prohibited during grouting. 8. After grouting is completed, perform 2-3 automatic cleaning cycles.

Vacuum pump section: Vacuum degree can reach -0.097 to -0.1, better than the required -0.092. 3. It features both electronically controlled automatic and manual pressure maintenance functions. When using the DYL90 adjustable grouting pump, pressure can be infinitely adjusted and maintained within a customizable range. The pressure gauge is stable without needle fluctuation. The total range is 1.6 MPa, with a minimum division less than 0.1 MPa. The actual grouting pressure falls within 25% to 75% of the gauge range, ensuring precise measurement.
