Composite Material FS (Eagle Brand) SPOT 50 - Magic Finishing Agent

Helps solve weld lines and flow marks in plastic products, reducing the occurrence of defective items.

Features:

1. Light weld lines and flow marks show immediate effect with a thin spray coating;

2. If weld lines remain visible after coating, spraying this product before recoating still delivers ideal results;

3. If the product surface is too glossy, spraying this product will turn it matte.

Suitable Plastics:

ABS, AS, PC, Acryl, rigid chlorinated Vinyl, etc.

Unsuitable Plastics:

PP, PE, PS, soft chlorinated Vinyl, thermosetting plastics, etc.

Usage:

1. Shake well before use;

2. Ensure the product surface is clean, dry, oil-free, and dust-free;

3. Maintain a distance of about 30cm from the product surface.

Precautions:

1. This product is only suitable for plastic products with textured (spark) or grained surfaces, not for smooth, mirror, transparent, or very thin soft plastic products.

2. Spray an appropriate amount for immediate effect; excessive spraying may cause issues like cracks, wrinkles, swelling, or whitening.

3. Dries normally at room temperature; forced drying at low temperature (80°C) yields better results, with full hardening in 20 minutes.
