Characteristics:
This product is a colorless transparent liquid that can remove various resin residues and "gas buildup" adhering to the surface of metal molds, and effectively eliminate stubborn stains, including engineering plastics, flame retardants, super heat-resistant resins, pigments, etc.
Usage:
1. For general contamination, after spraying this product for 4-5 minutes, the liquid will fully penetrate into the "gas buildup" and dirt areas, causing the dirt to float and fall off.
2. If there is minimal residue on the mold, only a few sprays are needed to remove it, reducing waste.
3. If the residue is abundant and stubbornly adhered to the mold, making it difficult to clean, spray this product and let it sit for a few minutes, then wipe it off with a soft cloth or soft brush.
4. Regardless of the amount of mold residue or the presence of textures, especially in cases of heavy and extremely dirty residue, or on the moving surfaces and corners of the mold, after using this product, wash once more with Mold Cleaner to thoroughly remove any remaining residue.
