Product Introduction

PC endurance board is processed from polycarbonate resin particles. Polycarbonate resin is an amorphous thermoplastic engineering material with excellent mechanical, optical, electrical, and thermodynamic properties. Product Features

Light Transmittance: Excellent light transmittance. The light transmittance of the endurance board reaches 88%.

Weather Resistance: The surface has a UV-resistant co-extruded layer that blocks ultraviolet rays from sunlight, making the board less prone to aging and yellowing, with excellent weather resistance.

Sound Insulation Performance: Good sound insulation performance, effectively reducing noise, making it the preferred material for highway sound barriers.

Impact Resistance: The impact strength of PC endurance board is 250 to 300 times that of ordinary glass of the same thickness, 30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass. It is known as "unbreakable glass" and is a high-quality material for making bulletproof glass.

Flame Retardancy: Tested according to the national standard GB8624-2006, it belongs to the difficult-to-ignite B grade. It does not produce toxic gases when burned, self-extinguishes when removed from the flame, and does not promote the spread of fire.

Temperature Resistance: From -40°C to 120°C, there is no deformation, significant changes in mechanical and physical properties, or other quality deterioration.

Lightweight: Light in weight, the density of the endurance board is only half that of ordinary glass, thus saving costs in transportation, handling, installation, and support frameworks. Additionally, the board can be cold-bent, providing architects with broader design possibilities.
