Product Software

a. ★ Dual-mode function: The system integrates shouting venting and hitting venting, allowing users to switch modes freely as needed;

b. ★ Multi-theme venting: Includes but is not limited to interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, stress relief, will and responsibility, learning gratitude, self-awareness, life adaptation, anxiety elimination, mental growth, competition and cooperation—10 themes for users to choose from. After venting training, the system automatically generates a report with rich and diverse graphics and text, recording the user’s venting duration, training results, and providing suggestions; the system collects the user’s average decibel, real-time decibel, maximum decibel, minimum decibel, number of hits, hitting intensity, maximum intensity, minimum intensity, number of hits, and venting duration. During theme training, three sound sources (male voice, female voice, machine voice) can be switched according to the user’s preference.

c. Multi-level management module: Features registration, login, and a three-level management platform (e.g., principal, teacher, student), with each level interlinked. Administrators can view the user’s venting status.

Psychological music: The system includes built-in α-wave brainwave music, pure relaxation music, nature sounds, international sleep aid music, whole-brain development music, TCM five-element music, depression relief music, etc. Listening to psychological music helps regulate physical and mental health and emotions.

h. Psychological assessment: This module uses scientific, objective, and standard measurement methods to assess, analyze, and evaluate specific qualities. The product includes a preset PSTR psychological stress test form. After stress testing, it automatically generates a stress assessment report for more accurate evaluation of the user’s psychological stress status, including at least tests for managerial communication skills, loneliness, emotional stability, Athens Insomnia Scale, PSTR psychological stress measurement, and a simple mental health self-assessment.

i. Psychological doodling: Doodling combines art and venting. Users are not limited to shouting or hitting for venting; when tired, they can choose to doodle to release inner emotions. After doodling, the image can be saved and viewed by administrators at any time. Doodling tools include at least brushes, erasers, straight lines, arrows, triangles, diamonds, rectangles, circles, flowers, stars, polygons, hearts, line thickness, colors, etc. Operations include clear, undo, redo, save, fill, etc.

j. Psychological knowledge: The system also provides multiple psychological articles (at least 10) for users to read, offering multi-angle insights to clarify psychological cognition and learn psychological tips, helping users better coordinate and control emotions in life and work.

k. Attention training: Includes attention training games such as Crazy Tunnel, Castle Defense, Skateboard Kid, Defeat the Vulture, etc. Training can effectively help users improve focus issues in work or study, cultivate the ability to complete tasks independently, and enhance memory.

l. Training archive management module: Administrators can access any desired user information data, including basic user details, historical theme venting training reports, doodling training reports, etc., and can quickly and easily query these archives;

m. Imagination relaxation module: After venting, users can calm down through imagination relaxation, which includes built-in training scenarios such as grassland, ocean, underwater world, starry sky, forest, desert, etc.
