The Psychological Counseling Work Assistant is an operating system specifically designed and developed for psychological counselors, helping them carry out counseling work more conveniently and efficiently. It adopts a B/S

architecture and is developed using PHP+MySQL technology. It employs a multi-architecture operational model of browser + application server + database, ensuring compatibility across different operating systems, and can

support a large number of users and data volumes, enabling smooth operation on terminals such as PCs and tablets.

1. The system can be used over the internet or operated offline on a single machine;

2. The system supports multiple login methods, including registered account login, default administrator account login, guest login (optional), facial recognition login (optional), and fingerprint

login (optional), providing five ways to access the system.

3. The system adopts a three-tier hierarchical management approach: administrator, user, and counselor.

4. The system includes a visitor information module, where counselors can view currently scheduled visitors, check appointment details, and respond to visitors.

5. The system features an auxiliary history module, which allows viewing detailed information about current visitors, such as consultation issues, consultation goals, consultation history, consultation records, diagnostic records,

intervention actions, treatment plans, etc.

6. The system includes a crisis warning function, which enables viewing detailed information of visitors under current crisis warnings. In the warning records, users can view warning graphs and, through markers in the graphs,

check previous warning records and assess the current warning level.

7. The system has a consultation scheduling function, allowing administrators to set schedules for the unit's psychological counselors. They can select scheduling dates and specific times. Once scheduling is completed, visitors logging into the system

can clearly see whether a counselor is available for booking at the current time.

8. The system includes a recycle bin feature, allowing recovery and restoration of files accidentally deleted by administrators.

9. The system features a consultation form library function, where administrators can add form libraries to the system via the backend, such as psychological counseling reception forms, evaluation forms, feedback forms, record forms, etc. They can add,

delete categories, and perform other operations.

10. Administrators can set up system classes and departments, configure unit information, and perform data synchronization.

11. Administrators can freely enable or disable login methods in the backend control system, such as: account password login, facial login, fingerprint login, etc.

12. The backend of the system can also count the number of users, administrators, and departments, as well as the number of user reports.

13. The system is divided into frontend and backend areas, with one-click switching between them. The operational process is simple, eliminating cumbersome login and switching methods.

14. The system includes a today's to-do function. After logging in, users can see pending tasks in the to-do list for the day. Clicking "Go to Process" allows them to respond to currently scheduled visitors.
