The group biofeedback training system is based on biofeedback principles and group psychological counseling techniques. Through various methods such as games, activities, music, and videos, it trains multiple clients with similar or different psychological issues simultaneously, in the same location, and under equal conditions. This enhances the fun and compliance of training, strengthens clients' sense of teamwork and purpose, fosters qualities of mutual trust and support, and helps all clients more efficiently eliminate tension and anxiety, learn self-regulation to relieve stress, and achieve mental health.
The system is built on network technology and includes an admin side and a user side:
I. Admin Side:
1. Includes nine major functional modules: scene relaxation, music decompression, ability training, physical and mental adjustment, device management, psychological information, training reports, data center, and psychological assessment. Logging in as a system administrator allows the following operations:
2. Administrators can manage all users, import users in bulk, add individual users, delete users in bulk, and perform other operations.
3. Administrators can access the system backend and add all backend resources, including video management, music management, article management, and psychological assessment management. They can add, delete, and perform other functions.
4. Administrators can use the search bar to search for resource names and categories, view start and end dates, and quickly find desired resources.
5. Administrators can set up system classes and departments, configure unit information, perform data synchronization, and utilize the recycle bin feature to recover deleted files. They can also perform system backups.
6. The backend can also count the number of users, administrators, and departments, as well as the number of user reports.
7. Administrators can freely enable or disable the system's login methods in the backend.
8. Administrators can assign training content to the user side, distribute assessment scales, psychological music, and scene relaxation features to specified users.
9. In device management, administrators can view the number of connected devices, online users, and idle devices. They can click to view an individual's real-time data status, including but not limited to focus level, heart rate, relaxation level, blood oxygen, CV, SDNN, RMSSD, SDSD, PNN50, P-NN, M-NN, Max-NN, Min-NN, pulse volume wave, M-pe, YI, real-time blood oxygen, average blood oxygen, maximum blood oxygen, minimum blood oxygen, blood oxygen standard deviation, real-time heart rate, average heart rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, heart rate standard deviation, scatter plots, HRT histograms, and pulse volume waveform graphs.
10. In device management, administrators can edit user groups, automatically assign groups, assign users to newly created groups, delete groups, save groups, and perform other operations.
11. The system can generate group reports for multiple users. In group reports, administrators can also click on any user to view individual training reports. All reports can be exported and printed.
II. User Side:
1. The user side requires automatically obtaining an IP address. After submission, users can log in with their account and password.
2. The user side must include modules such as scene relaxation, music decompression, ability training, physical and mental adjustment, psychological information, and psychological assessment.
3. The user side can only perform assessments, music decompression, scene relaxation, and other operations after receiving tasks from the main control side.
4. The psychological assessments in the system must include at least the Social Anxiety Scale, Responsibility Test, Emotional Stability Self-Assessment, Self-Confidence Test, Stubbornness Test, Personality Maturity Test, Conflict Handling Ability Assessment, Mental Health Self-Check Scale, and other assessment scales.
5. Scene relaxation must include categories such as happiness, science, healing, and nature, with no fewer than 20 video scenes in total.
6. Ability training must include at least six training games: Card Master, Beware of Beasts, Quick Hands, Fruit Flip, Category Match, and Memory Master. Before starting any game, users can view the game rules. After completing a game, a game report is generated, which includes training status, training score, training duration, accuracy rate, and training results.
7. Physical and mental adjustment must include at least three training games: Self-Help King, Spatial Perception, and Star Catcher.
8. Psychological information must include no fewer than 20 articles for clients to read.
