Horizontal Airflow Sieve

The horizontal airflow sieve alters the traditional principle of gravitational potential energy operation, pioneering a new approach to sieving by utilizing the kinetic energy of the carrier fluid. The sieve mesh of the horizontal airflow sieve is cylindrical and housed within the machine body. The material to be sieved is mixed and atomized with the airflow via a screw conveyor system before entering the mesh cylinder. As the material passes through the wind wheel blades inside the cylinder, it is subjected to centrifugal force and cyclonic propulsion, enabling it to be ejected through the mesh and discharged from the fine material outlet. Material that cannot pass through the mesh is expelled along the cylinder wall from the coarse material outlet.
