The twin-screw press is suitable for pressing, juicing, and dewatering materials with high plant fiber content, such as grape pomace, sweet potato residue, distiller's grains, Chinese herbal residue, domestic waste, ginger, sea buckthorn berries, mulberries, tea residue, paper pulp, and feed. The machine features twin screws: the front screw conveys the material, while the rear screw presses it. The screws rotate in opposite directions, allowing the material to be pressed as it moves from the front to the rear screw. The rear screw (pressing screw) performs a secondary pressing. The residue outlet gap is adjusted manually via a spring or hydraulic device to achieve better juice extraction. The equipment mainly consists of a frame, feeding section, pressing section, transmission part, and electrical control system. It offers high strength, strong load-bearing capacity, deformation resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and a long service life.
