CCHZ1000 Fully Automatic Dust Measuring Instrument

The CCHZ1000 fully automatic dust measuring instrument is a new type of instrument designed and manufactured according to MT163-1997 "General Technical Conditions for Direct-Reading Dust Concentration Measuring Instruments" for measuring the concentration of dust in ambient air. The CCHZ-1000 fully automatic dust measuring instrument is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises to quickly inspect coal dust and other types of dust. This instrument adopts advanced processor technology, enabling fast processing of various collected data and ensuring high inspection accuracy. It can also store up to 50 test records in chronological order. The instrument consists of a Chinese display screen, an air pump, a dust concentration inspection circuit, an under-voltage protection display, and a power supply. It is equipped with a graded dust collector capable of capturing respirable dust concentration, with a separation efficiency that meets the "BMRC" curve standard. The instrument supports both automatic and manual sampling modes to accommodate different inspection standards. It features an ibI (150°C) explosion-proof structure and is suitable for use in coal mines and other workplaces with explosive hazardous gases.
