The high-pressure volumetric method gas adsorption apparatus is primarily used to determine the adsorption constants (a, b values) of coal to gas during the measurement of coal mine gas content. Based on the actual gas pressure measured underground, it can then calculate the gas content per ton of coal seam.
Scope of Application and Environmental Conditions for the High-Pressure Volumetric Method Gas Adsorption Apparatus
Ambient temperature: 0°C to 30°C, relative humidity not exceeding 95% (at +25°C),
Atmospheric pressure: 80 kPa to 106 kPa.
High-Pressure Volumetric Method Gas Adsorption Apparatus Performance Features:
The equipment includes water level detection and dry-burn protection functions; it enables automatic water filling and automatic drainage.
The software comes with calibration functions to calculate the volume of the gas charging tank and sample tank.
Reports automatically generate two isothermal adsorption curves (air-dried basis and dry ash-free basis) along with experimental data; it also includes calculation and display of equilibrium moisture adsorption capacity.
The entire laboratory setup is equipped with gas leak alarms and environmental monitoring alarm systems. In case of methane leakage, it can automatically activate exhaust fans for ventilation and trigger audible and visual alarms.
It features power-off protection: during a sudden power outage, the intake valve automatically cuts off gas supply to prevent sensor overload damage, gas leakage, and other safety incidents.
