YJZC-K Mine Pressure Sensor Calibration and Verification Device Purpose: This supporting device can be widely used for testing, inspection, and calibration of pressure sensors in the coal industry, capable of simultaneously measuring 5 pressure sensors. It is an ideal metrological standard device for mine pressure sensor testing, inspection, and calibration work at various levels of coal mine safety production inspection institutions, mining bureaus, regional coal mine safety instrument metrology stations, and various metrology technical institutions. 1 Pressure range -0.098Mpa-6Mpa, suitable for various types of coal mine pressure sensors. Uses manual volumetric pressure regulation, good air tightness, pressure accuracy 0.1%FS.
2 The pressure source for the pressure sensor is composed of precision ground components, complies with IP54 sealing standard, pressure/vacuum switch-type selection, simple and convenient switching, volumetric micro-regulator, very easy to achieve calibration and verification pressure. Pressure connectors can be customized according to interface requirements.
3 Synchronous detection of sensor display values and corresponding output signal values (frequency or current). Can simultaneously display 5 channels of pressure.
4 Convenient selection and conversion for different output signals (frequency or current).
5 Can detect various parameters of the sensor without additional load resistance and with external series load resistance of 500Ω.
6 The DC stabilized power supply for the sensor has voltage and current stabilization functions, its output voltage can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 0～30V, and the upper limit of output current can be arbitrarily set within the range of 0～2A.
7 Equipped with computer software collection management system, calibration and verification parameters can be set according to the range. Can print reports, automatically convert collected values, and set judgment basis.
