WJC-Z Mine Temperature Sensor Calibration and Verification Device complies with the standard: Coal Industry Standard MT381-2007 "General Technical Conditions for Temperature Sensors Used in Coal Mines"
Purpose of the WJC-Z Mine Temperature Sensor Calibration and Verification Device: This supporting device can be widely used for testing, inspection, and calibration of temperature sensors in the coal industry. It can simultaneously measure 3 temperature sensors and preheat 3 sensors. It is an ideal metrological standard device for coal mine safety production testing and inspection institutions at all levels, mining bureaus, regional coal mine safety instrument metrology stations, and various metrology technical institutions to carry out testing, inspection, and calibration of mine temperature sensors. It is also a standard device for product factory inspection by temperature sensor manufacturers.
Features of the WJC-Z Mine Temperature Sensor Calibration and Verification Device:
1. Wide temperature range (-10 to 100)°C, suitable for various types of coal mine temperature sensors. Uses a constant temperature liquid bath as a stable temperature source, with temperature fluctuation of ±0.05°C.
2. The temperature sensor measurement source adopts an integrated constant temperature liquid bath cooled by an air-cooled fully enclosed compressor unit, with fast cooling speed and low noise. The integrated constant temperature liquid bath control system uses PID automatic control, with a display accuracy of 0.01 degrees, and features a stainless steel interior and tabletop. It can simultaneously accommodate 3 temperature sensors and one standard second-class thermometer. Auxiliary precision constant temperature water bath range: -5 to 100°C, fluctuation less than 0.1 degree.
3. Synchronous detection of sensor display values and corresponding output signal values (frequency or current). Can simultaneously display 3 channels of temperature measurement values, with a high-reliability computer for display control, providing intuitive and clear readings. Can generate calibration or verification reports and has a printer interface.
4. Convenient selection and conversion for different output signals (frequency or current).
5. Computer-operated load switching reduces labor intensity.
