Functions and Performance Requirements of Mining Gas Chromatography Equipment:
Mining gas chromatography is an analytical instrument used to determine the composition of coal seam gas. The instrument features:
2.1 Microcomputer control, Chinese display for setting various control parameters with automatic memory, dual gas path dual packed column injection system, simple and reasonable structure, and convenient operation. 2.2 Flexible configuration of gas injectors, capillary injection systems, thermal conductivity detectors (TCD), dual hydrogen flame ionization detectors (FID), and methane converters. 2.3 Capable of detecting and analyzing constant levels of O2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, and trace amounts of CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6.

4.1 Testing Main Unit
(1) Simultaneous analysis with hydrogen flame, thermal conductivity, conversion furnace, and electric ten-way valve; integrated configuration of detectors and injectors;
(2) Independent microcomputer temperature control for injectors and detectors, independent gas and circuit systems, signal negative peak inversion, and signal output terminals;
(3) Heating rate: 0–40°C/min;
*(4) Two injection ports, four columns, and two sets of electric ten-way injection valves;
*(5) Capable of analyzing constant levels of O2, N2, CO, CO2, CH4, and trace amounts of CO, CO2, CH4, C2H4, C2H6. Minimum detection concentrations for gas components indicating spontaneous combustion of coal seams: Full components: CO ≤ 0.5ppm, C2H4 ≤ 0.1ppm, C2H2 ≤ 0.5ppm, C2H6 ≤ 5.00ppm, C3H8 ≤ 0.5ppm, CH4 ≤ 1.00ppm;
(6) Simple and convenient operation, easy to learn, with method storage and memory;
*(7) Column oven temperature control range: room temperature +5°C–400°C, temperature control accuracy: 0.1°C, automatic rear door rapid blower cooling, LCD display;
*(8) FID detector sensitivity: ≤1×10^-11 g/sec;
