2. Equipment Functions and Performance Requirements:
The mineral dust particle size analyzer can automatically determine the particle size distribution characteristics of mineral dust. The principle is based on the fact that dust particles in suspension will settle in order of particle size due to gravity. By measuring the attenuation of a light beam passing through the suspension at a certain settling height, the particle size distribution of the dust is calculated. The equipment mainly has the following functions:
2.1 Primarily used for laboratory determination of dust particle size distribution;
*2.2 Utilizes Stokes' principle and Beer's law for analysis and detection, enabling accurate determination of dust particle size distribution;
2.3 Features intuitive readings, automatically stores measurement results, and allows users to output results via display or printer as needed;
*2.4 The instrument has power-off protection functionality, capable of storing particle size distribution data.
