Functions and Performance Requirements of Fully Automatic Coal Industrial Analyzer Equipment:
The fully automatic coal industrial analyzer is used to test the moisture, ash, and volatile matter of coal, coke, and other substances, and calculate their fixed carbon, hydrogen content, etc. The fully automatic coal industrial analyzer has the following functions: 2.1 Independent and parallel testing of moisture, ash, and volatile matter, with accurate and reliable results. The testing process complies with relevant standards.
2.2 Tests can be conducted immediately after startup, with arbitration analysis of 19 samples for moisture, ash, and volatile matter completed within 120 minutes.
2.3 Two main units work in parallel (can also work separately), testing moisture, ash, and volatile matter simultaneously. The entire process can be unattended after loading samples, with no need to replace crucibles or remove crucible lids midway.
2.4 DSP control technology and a new generation of adaptive control technology ensure real-time and reliable instrument control.
2.5 A cylindrical well-shaped high-temperature furnace provides more uniform and stable temperature distribution, solving the technical challenge of uneven and unstable furnace temperature caused by frequent door openings in pipeline work modes.
2.6 Simple and rational structural design, without sliding rail translation devices such as "mechanical arms," eliminating the risk of crucible dropping or breakage during transportation.
2.7 No need to frequently open the furnace door or move crucibles back and forth between the combustion tray and weighing tray. Using thermobalance technology, dynamic calibration is performed with blank crucibles in the same atmosphere environment, ensuring weighing accuracy and avoiding inaccuracies caused by inconsistent crucible temperatures in pipeline methods.
2.8 Each ash test can use the classic slow ash method, meeting the requirement of raising the furnace temperature to 500°C in no less than 30 minutes, ensuring the accuracy of ash testing.
2.9 Multiple testing methods are available for user customization, including arbitration and rapid methods, or user-defined settings.
2.10 Various sample weighing methods are available, allowing for continuous or individual sample loading.
2.11 Rear-flip lid structure with user-friendly design for easy operation. An external balance reading display provides real-time weight readings, facilitating sample weight control.
2.12 Data query, statistics, and printing can be performed during the experiment.
2.13 Equipped with a silent air pump, enabling experiments without oxygen or nitrogen.
2.14 Automatic alerts for sample weight range, real-time monitoring of laboratory temperature and humidity, and automatic prompts for out-of-tolerance results.
