The industrial analyzer is mainly used in coal, electric power, chemical industry, geological exploration, environmental protection, quarantine inspection, scientific research, universities, and other related industries and departments to test the moisture, ash, and volatile matter of substances such as coal and coke, and calculate their fixed carbon, hydrogen content, and calorific value; it can analyze the carbon content of fly ash and slag; it can analyze the loss on ignition of cement.
Performance Characteristics of QGFC-9000 Fully Automatic Industrial Analyzer
1. Test process: standardized process, accurate results. The test processes, conditions, and results for moisture, ash, and volatile matter all meet national standards, require no correction, and can be used for arbitration analysis.
2. Interface method of QGFC-9000 fully automatic industrial analyzer: adopts CAN bus technology, uses shielding devices and protective circuits for lightning protection, anti-magnetic interference, and anti-surge interference.
3. Fast testing speed: tests can be started immediately upon power-on. Adopts a multi-furnace dual-balance structure with a constant temperature drying device. The three indicators of moisture, ash, and volatile matter can be measured in any combination or individually. Testing all three indicators for 20 samples simultaneously can be completed within 90 minutes (rapid method process).
4. Gas supply component for moisture and ash equipment: uses low-noise piston air pumps (optional nitrogen and oxygen supply).
5. Control method: standalone control. More effective control of host operations without uncontrollability due to computer issues alone. Fault alarm and self-protection. Equipped with unique micro-gap technology for functional component displacement.
6. Analysis and testing system: can connect to most of our company's coal quality analysis equipment. Can automatically upload data and generate reports (users can design reports according to their needs).
7. Moisture and ash equipment uses pneumatic slow-action to automatically open and close the furnace door, avoiding damage to the furnace body from sudden cooling or heating.
8. Volatile matter equipment uses dual-guide rail translation technology to ensure the alignment between every two samples and the furnace. Uses standard crucibles, no manual intervention required, no nitrogen supply needed.
9. Uses automatic thermogravimetric method, with the balance recording original data for calculation.
10. Uses unique balance temperature drift correction function to make weighing data more accurate.
11. Each ash test can use the classic slow-ash method, fully complying with the national standard requirement that the furnace temperature rises to 500°C in no less than 30 minutes, ensuring the accuracy of ash testing.
