Especially in scenarios where the air compressor needs to run continuously for extended periods, such as in production workshops or metallurgical applications, frequent machine shutdowns can significantly disrupt production.

(2) Long-term frequent protection can shorten the lifespan of certain components. Many of these components are used in high-temperature and high-pressure areas of the air compressor. If abnormalities are detected, they should be replaced promptly. Otherwise, the machine may experience component failures due to overload, high temperatures, or other reasons, leading to malfunctions.

(3) Over-temperature protection can also reduce the energy efficiency of the air compressor. Frequent power interruptions and restarts cause periodic fluctuations in the motor load, which increases the motor's starting power and losses, ultimately raising the machine's energy consumption.
