Performance Description of Integrated Protection Device for Air Compressor with 485
We all know that maintenance personnel for mining equipment are not stationed at the mining site for extended periods, which can sometimes lead to delays in repairs, preventing timely resolution of equipment faults and allowing minor issues to escalate into major problems. Our monitoring device comes standard with two vibration points—horizontal and vertical—and two temperature points for the front and rear bearings to protect the motor. Additionally, it offers the option to configure monitoring of the motor winding temperature. We can perform frequency conversion modifications on the air compressor, enabling soft start and soft stop of the motor, reducing startup impact, and extending the equipment's service life. This also minimizes the frequent loading and unloading of the motor, significantly reducing its operating power. From the above, the critical role of the motor in equipment operation becomes evident. The research and production of motor protection devices for mining equipment are equally important.
Product Function Configuration:
(1) Monitoring of motor vibration during normal equipment operation.
(2) Monitoring of the temperature of the front and rear bearings (resistance) during normal equipment operation.
(3) Optimization of the algorithm for temperature measurement data to expedite temperature calculations.
3.1. The device automatically alarms when the measured temperature exceeds the set value.
3.2. Equipped with audible and visual alarm functions, as well as remote audible and visual alarm capabilities. (When abnormal monitoring data is detected, the device quickly initiates protective actions accompanied by audible and visual alarms to alert on-site personnel for timely handling.)
3.3. An RS485 remote data transmission interface can be configured to enable data exchange with the host computer system in the control room for cluster monitoring of multiple motors. (Developed using integrated sensing detection technology, industrial control technology, microcomputer control technology, and network transmission technology, it features high intelligence, high reliability, advanced craftsmanship, and ultra-convenient maintenance.)
