Product Performance Description:

(1) Monitoring of motor vibration during normal equipment operation.

(2) Monitoring of the temperature of the motor's front and rear bearings (resistance) during normal equipment operation.

(3) Optimization of the algorithm for temperature measurement data to enable quick temperature calculations.

3.1. The device automatically alarms when the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature value.

3.2. Equipped with audible and visual alarm functions, as well as remote audible and visual alarm capabilities. (When abnormal monitoring data is detected, the device can quickly initiate protective actions, accompanied by audible and visual alarms to alert on-site personnel for timely handling.)

3.3. Supports the configuration of an RS485 remote data transmission interface, enabling data exchange with the host computer system in the control room for cluster monitoring of multiple motors. (Developed using integrated sensing detection technology, industrial control technology, microcomputer control technology, and network transmission technology, it features high intelligence, high reliability, advanced craftsmanship, and ultra-convenient maintenance.)
