Precautions

(1) Oil cut-off protection function: By monitoring the lubricating oil circuit pressure changes in real-time and using built-in intelligent analysis algorithms, it intelligently determines whether a genuine oil cut-off situation has occurred. It will only alarm and shut down when a real oil cut-off occurs. The configured intelligent matching function allows for smart state matching based on different brands, models, wear levels of air compressors, and varying conditions of the oil circuit after maintenance, ensuring accurate and reliable oil cut-off protection.

(2) Data upload function: The system features 485 data upload capability, allowing monitoring data to be accurately transmitted to the host computer or the mine smart platform via the 485 bus.

(3) Equipped with an offline button: When offline, the air compressor is disconnected from emergency stop control, facilitating maintenance and debugging.

(4) Automatic locking of the alarm state after an alarm occurs, requiring manual reset to prevent abnormal alarm states from being overlooked.

(5) Isolated emergency stop control interface for the air compressor: The power supply of the air compressor operating system and the internal power supply of this device are completely electrically isolated, maintaining the signal integrity of the air compressor control system and ensuring safe and reliable emergency stop control.
