Abnormal motor vibration: Unbalanced motor current increases rotor friction and temperature rise, which can result in motor failure.

Abnormal motor bearing temperature: Abnormal motor bearings can cause the motor to seize and heat up more rapidly, leading to motor failure within just 15 seconds.

As the core component of the air compressor, once the motor fails, replacing it—whether in terms of the air compressor, motor replacement, or cost—is time-consuming and labor-intensive. Not only is it expensive, but it also disrupts normal production.
