Working Principle:

Compressed air enters the outer cylinder through the air guide rod, pushing the inner cylinder to extend until it stops at the limit device. Due to the pressure difference, the air distribution pipeline opens, allowing compressed air to enter the inner cylinder, which pushes the cone rod to move, spreading the six sliding blocks to achieve the purpose of tightening the workpiece. After pressure release, the return spring pushes the inner piston back to its original position, causing the sliding blocks to close and reset. The air distribution pipeline opens again, and the inner cylinder resets due to vacuum action. The most notable feature of this chuck is that it achieves the linear movement of the inner cylinder back and forth through a single air pipe. With the function of the air distribution pipeline, it can first close the sliding blocks and then retract the inner cylinder.
