Four-in-One Pickling Passivation Solution

This product integrates degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and passivation into one solution. It features excellent degreasing effects, fast rust removal, and superior anti-corrosion performance, achieving the goal of completing multiple processes in one step. It is also safe, non-toxic, and easy to store.

Usage Method:

Treat the workpiece to be processed with this solution for 5-30 minutes (depending on the level of rust), then air dry. Further coating can be applied to the workpiece surface. If diluted with water at a 1:3 ratio, the treatment requires 2-5 hours. Heating to 50-60°C will achieve faster and better results. Methods such as soaking, scrubbing, spraying, or ultrasonic cleaning can be used.

Scope of Application:

Suitable for pre-treatment of equipment or utensils such as vehicles, bridges, metal furniture, machine tools, household appliances, and medical devices before coating.

Precautions:

Wear work clothes, acid-resistant gloves, and protective goggles during use. If accidentally contacted with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
