The fully automatic straightening machine is designed to automatically detect and straighten various workpieces that have become bent or deformed during the production process. 1. During the automatic straightening process, the operator only needs to handle the loading and unloading of workpieces (automatic loading and unloading can also be equipped). Actions such as measuring the bending degree of the workpiece, positioning the straightening point, applying pressure for straightening, and checking the straightening effect are all automatically completed by the machine.

2. The equipment has a software-based correction amount setting function to protect workpieces from being over-corrected, which could cause breakage or cracking.

3. The device features digital display of the workpiece's bending amount and an intuitive bar graph display. The fully Chinese human-machine interface is aesthetically pleasing and clear, making it easy for operators to learn and operate.

4. The straightening software can statistically process previous straightening data and establish straightening curves. Based on the bending amount of the workpiece, the system automatically calls the correction amount for rapid straightening. Depending on the characteristics of the workpiece being straightened, the system can set the straightening sequence of each measurement point according to the operator's instructions.
