Customer Background: The customer is a well-known large bearing enterprise in China, providing various high-precision bearings year-round.

Product Background:

Bearing Substrate: Bearing steel,

Before Coating: PTFE fabric was attached to the bearing surface. After 20,000 cycles, the fabric began to rupture extensively. After further operation, it became unusable. Continuing to 200,000 cycles, the bearing clearance increased severely, and the raceway wear was extremely serious. There was an urgent need for a high-wear-resistant coating that could address wear resistance, lubrication, and a load capacity of 15~18KN to solve this challenging wear issue. Often, even with extensive effort and time spent on the bearing material, the results were minimal because the bearing itself had already reached a relatively high level.
