Polyurea waterproof coating

The company's super elastic polyurea waterproof coating was used in the acid-base tower project. This project involves a total of 5 acid-base towers, all of which were treated with red-gray spray-applied polyurea waterproof coating for corrosion and waterproofing protection. Since the substrate is formwork-cast concrete with many surface pores, a layer of polymer cement mortar was first applied for leveling. After drying, a compatible primer was applied, followed by the spraying of a 1.5mm polyurea coating. The finished coating is continuous, seamless, and provides excellent waterproofing performance.

Polyurea Characteristics:

All formulations are two-component, with 0 VOC (volatile organic compounds) content, making them pollution-free;

• A/B components are sprayed using professional equipment, making application simple;

• Excellent bonding strength, suitable for almost all materials;
