Printing and dyeing grade sodium alginate

Sodium alginate can be easily dissolved in water to form a viscous solution. In the textile industry, sodium alginate is an excellent raw material for preparing warp sizing and printing pastes. Particularly in the printing and dyeing industry, sodium alginate paste offers good washability, high desizing efficiency, and the film formed on the fabric after printing exhibits certain adhesion and flexibility. It does not react with dyes or other auxiliaries, and the film formed after printing can be easily removed during washing even after baking or high-temperature steaming, resulting in a soft fabric hand feel.
