1. Process Characteristics:

1. Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation equipment features a wide range of gas sources, simple processes, high automation, low operating costs, and energy efficiency.

2. The compressed air purification components have a long service life and are easy to replace and maintain.

3. The oxygen generation equipment provides stable outlet flow, and the outlet pressure can be adjusted within a set range.

4. The product oxygen has high purity, achieving an oxygen purity of (90~93)% through the PSA method.

2. Technical Design Features:

(1) Utilizes a unique molecular sieve dense packing technology, a scientific gas distribution and diffusion system, and a space-free compression device, ensuring uniform gas distribution and minimal impact. This avoids high-speed gas flow and the resulting molecular sieve pulverization, enhancing long-term system reliability and reducing energy consumption.

(2) Employs high-efficiency oxygen generation adsorbents and a scientifically designed process flow, maximizing molecular sieve adsorption efficiency, extending its service life, reducing total installed power, and ensuring low operating costs with stable and reliable oxygen purity and flow.

(3) The product features an aesthetically pleasing design, reasonable process layout, compact structure, and small footprint. The compressed air pretreatment system and PSA oxygen generation system can be installed separately on the base, forming an integrated unit.

(4) In the air pretreatment system, each filter stage is equipped with a differential pressure indicator and an automatic drainage device.

(5) Fast oxygen production, with finished oxygen available within 10–20 minutes after startup.

(6) Reliable imported programmable valves with a long service life, meeting the requirements for long-term stable operation.

(7) High automation level, enabling fully automated operation. Equipped with reserved interfaces for computer connectivity, facilitating remote computer control (optional).

Based on clinical oxygen demand and considering the industry's need for continuous oxygen supply, a backup system can be connected at any time to ensure fail-safe oxygen delivery.
