1. Process Characteristics:
1. The pressure swing adsorption oxygen production equipment features a wide range of gas sources, simple process, high degree of automation, low operating costs, and energy-saving and consumption-reducing characteristics.

2. Technical Design Features:
(1) Utilizes a unique molecular sieve dense packing technology and a scientific gas distribution and diffusion system with a space-free compression device, ensuring uniform gas distribution and low impact. This avoids the pulverization of molecular sieves caused by high-speed gas flow and impact, while improving the long-term reliability of the system and reducing energy consumption.
(2) Employs high-efficiency oxygen production adsorbents and a scientific process design, maximizing the adsorption efficiency of molecular sieves and extending their service life. The total installed power of the equipment is small, operating costs are low, and oxygen purity and flow are stable and reliable.
(3) The product features an aesthetically pleasing design, reasonable process layout, and compact equipment structure with a small footprint. The compressed air pretreatment system and PSA oxygen production system can be installed separately on the base to form an integrated unit.
(4) In the air pretreatment system, each stage of the filter is equipped with a differential pressure indicator and an automatic drainage device.
(5) Fast oxygen production, with finished oxygen produced within 10~20 minutes after startup.
(6) Reliable imported program-controlled valves with a long service life, meeting the needs of long-term stable operation of the equipment.
(7) High degree of automation, enabling fully automated operation. The system also includes reserved interfaces for computer connectivity, facilitating remote computer access and control (optional).
Based on clinical oxygen demand and fully considering the industry characteristics of continuous oxygen supply, a backup system can be connected at any time to ensure fail-safe oxygen supply.
