UV Aging Test Chamber for Drones is primarily used to evaluate the weather resistance performance of drone shells, electronic components, and non-metallic materials under ultraviolet radiation environments. By simulating the ultraviolet spectrum of natural sunlight to accelerate material aging, it ensures reliability testing for long-term outdoor use. It can detect phenomena such as material fading, embrittlement, coating peeling, and assess the stability of electronic components in high-UV environments. Supports cyclic test modes (light exposure + condensation + spray), with test cycles configurable up to 999 hours or more.

Performance Specifications of the UV Aging Test Chamber:

1. Temperature and humidity range: Ambient +10～70°C; Black panel measurement range: 45～80°C; Condensation temperature range: 40~60°C; Light exposure temperature: 50~70°C; Humidity range: ≥90%RH

3. Lamp center distance: 70mm (distance between test sample and lamp center: plate-type base rack test plate (vertically adjustable)

4. Lamp brand and model: U.S. ATLAS original imported UVA-340 (315～400nm), UVB-313 (280～315nm) (optional). This unit comes standard with 6 lamps by default; if UVB-313 lamps are required, please specify before placing an order.

5. Irradiance intensity: 0.35～1.2W/m² adjustable  UVA-340 (315～400nm)

UV Aging Test Chamber for Drones Chamber Structure:

1. Inner chamber material: Inner panel made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature strength, and mechanical properties; good hot workability such as stamping and bending, with no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (non-magnetic, operating temperature -196°C～800°C).

2. Outer chamber material: The chamber is fully CNC-manufactured with advanced technology, smooth lines, and an elegant appearance. The exterior material can be selected from the above high-quality SUS304 stainless steel or fine powder coating.

3. Sample area: All openings of the test chamber are equipped with door-type opening mechanisms for easy access. For mobility, casters are installed at the bottom of the unit, and the tester's position can be fixed with U-shaped rings after placement.
