UV Aging Test Chamber for Ink
Other Products
Ink UV Aging Test Chamber is a device used to simulate comprehensive climatic conditions in natural environments, such as ultraviolet radiation, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and spray, to accelerate the testing of aging performance for inks and other materials. The following is a detailed introduction:
Working Principle
The Ink UV Aging Test Chamber uses fluorescent UV lamps (such as UVA-340 and UVB-313) to simulate long-wave ultraviolet (UVA, 315-400nm) and short-wave ultraviolet (UVB, 280-315nm) in the solar spectrum. Combined with temperature control, humidity supply, and spray devices, it recreates factors such as light exposure, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, and dark cycles found in natural environments. Through the synergistic effect of ultraviolet light and moisture, it accelerates photochemical and hydrolysis reactions of materials, enabling them to achieve aging effects equivalent to months or even years in a natural environment within a short period.

Ink UV Aging Test Chamber Features
Light Source Configuration: Typically uses ultraviolet fluorescent lamps such as UVA-340 and UVB-313, which users can select based on testing requirements. UVA-340 lamps closely match the solar spectrum in the 295-365nm wavelength range, making them suitable for simulating natural ultraviolet radiation. UVB-313 lamps produce more intense short-wave ultraviolet light, accelerating material aging, and are ideal for quality control and research and development.
Chamber Structure: Constructed with high-quality steel plate spray-coated exterior and stainless steel interior to ensure a stable and safe testing environment. Equipped with a double-layer sealed door design to prevent UV leakage and reduce operational risks.
Temperature Control System: Utilizes heating elements and temperature sensors to precisely control the test temperature (typically ranging from RT+10°C~70°C) and maintain temperature uniformity (±1°C) and fluctuation (±0.5°C), ensuring stable test conditions.
Humidity Control: Simulates natural humidity conditions through condensation or spray devices, with a humidity range of ≥90%RH or ≥95%RH, meeting the testing needs of various materials.
Automated Control: Equipped with a color touchscreen programmable controller or RKC intelligent control box, enabling automatic execution of cyclic tests and data recording. Users can set test parameters, such as UV exposure time, temperature cycling modes, and spray cycles, via the control panel or software interface, achieving automated management of the testing process.
