The Measurement Control Equipment and Systems Laboratory of the Beijing Institute of Mechanical Industry Instrumentation Comprehensive Technology and Economics, and the Mechanical Industry Measurement Control Equipment and Network Quality Testing Center can conduct tests in accordance with GB/T 24808-2022 "Electromagnetic Compatibility—Immunity for Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks" and ISO 8102-2:2021 "Electrical Requirements for Lifts, Escalators and Moving Walks—Part 2: Electromagnetic Compatibility with Regard to Immunity." The test content primarily focuses on the immunity requirements of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), specifically including the following core aspects:
I. Test Items and Standard Basis
1. Electrostatic Discharge Immunity Test
Based on GB/T 17626.2-2018 (equivalent to IEC 61000-4-2), testing the equipment's tolerance to electrostatic discharge.
2. Radiated, Radio-Frequency, Electromagnetic Field Immunity Test
Using GB/T 17626.3-2016 (equivalent to IEC 61000-4-3), verifying the equipment's performance stability under radio-frequency electromagnetic field interference.
3. Electrical Fast Transient/Burst Immunity Test
Based on GB/T 17626.4-2018 (equivalent to IEC 61000-4-4), testing the equipment's resistance to transient pulse interference on power or signal lines.
4. Surge (Impulse) Immunity Test
Conducted according to GB/T 17626.5-2019 (equivalent to IEC 61000-4-5), assessing the equipment's tolerance to surge impacts caused by lightning or high-current switching.
5. Immunity to Conducted Disturbances, Induced by Radio-Frequency Fields
Based on GB/T 17626.6-2017 (equivalent to IEC 61000-4-6), testing the equipment's response to conducted radio-frequency interference.
6. Voltage Dips, Short Interruptions and Voltage Variations Immunity Test
Using GB/T 17626.11-2008 (equivalent to IEC 61000-4-11), verifying the equipment's operational stability during power voltage fluctuations or interruptions.
II. Test Ports and Applicability
1. Enclosure Port
Testing the effects of electromagnetic field radiation or intrusion through physical boundaries, with the frequency range extended to 80 MHz-6 GHz, and new requirements for dedicated radio frequency bands (such as 5G bands).
2. Signal and Control Line Ports
For ports that do not cross system boundaries, testing for conducted interference immunity is required, with clear explanations for "not applicable" conditions.
3. Safety Circuit Ports
Adjustments to test values and performance criteria for safety circuits, such as rated current not exceeding 100 A, and a required distance of ≥200 mm from transmitters like mobile phones.
4. Power Ports
Divided into DC and AC power ports, with different test levels selected based on rated current (≤100 A or >100 A), and additional requirements for current harmonic testing.
III. Performance Criteria
Test results must meet the following criteria:
- Criterion A: The equipment operates normally during and after the test, with no performance degradation;
- Criterion B: Temporary performance degradation is allowed during the test, but automatic recovery is required afterward;
- Criterion C: Loss of function is permitted, but manual intervention is required for recovery, and no safety risks are triggered.
IV. Other Technical Differences
- Differences in Standard References: GB/T 24808-2022 replaces IEC standards cited in the ISO standard with national standards (e.g., using GB/T 17626 series instead of IEC 61000-4 series).
- New Requirements: For example, immunity testing for wired network ports is based on CISPR 35:2016, and maximum current limits are added for voltage dip testing.
V. Scope of Application and Limitations
- Applicable Scenarios: Conventional electromagnetic environments in residential, office, and industrial buildings, excluding extreme environments (such as heavy industrial plants, power stations, etc.).
- Excluded Objects: Devices unrelated to safety (e.g., lighting, communication equipment) and old equipment manufactured before the publication date.
In summary, both standards focus on immunity, covering various electromagnetic interference scenarios. However, GB/T 24808-2022, by adjusting referenced standards and refining technical requirements, better aligns with domestic practical application needs. The EMC Laboratory of the Beijing Institute of Instrumentation Comprehensive Technology holds CNAS and CMA accreditations and issues test reports for GB/T 24808-2022 and ISO 8102-2:2021.
