Product Characteristics: This product differs from other silane coupling agents in its mechanism of action. Due to its unique structure and multifunctional active groups, it offers exceptional performance. It not only facilitates strong adhesion between polymers with active groups and metals, inorganic materials, or fibers but also enables effective bonding between difficult-to-adhere polymers lacking active groups and metals or inorganic materials. 

 This product is easy to apply and provides weather resistance, water resistance, salt spray resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance, and solvent resistance after bonding. When used as a primer, diluting it 10-30 times with ethanol yields excellent results. 

 Applications: Adhesion Promoter: This product enhances adhesion and is suitable for bonding various rubbers to different metals and fabrics, as well as for self-adhesion of vulcanized silicone rubber, all with excellent bonding effects. It is particularly effective for bonding silicone rubber and polyethylene to metals. 

 Coupling Agent for Composite Materials: It can be applied to glass fibers or other materials. For example, when coated on glass fibers, it enhances the performance of polypropylene, polyethylene, and polycarbonate laminates. When added to polyethylene resin, it improves the performance of laminates. When incorporated into glass or asbestos-reinforced thermoplastics, it significantly enhances mechanical strength and improves the heat deformation temperature of glass fiber-reinforced polyethylene and polypropylene. 

 Modifier for Sealants, Adhesives, and Various Resins: It improves mechanical properties, adhesion, and weather resistance. It can be used as a crosslinking agent for polymers, a high-temperature polymerization initiator, or a modifier for epoxy resins. 

 Process: Priming or Surface Treatment 

 1. Surface Treatment: Degrease after mechanical treatment (sandblasting) or apply chemical treatment;

2. Dilution: Can be applied directly to the surface. If necessary, dilute appropriately with anhydrous ethanol; 

 3. Coating: Apply the diluted product evenly to the substrate surface using brushing, dipping, or spraying methods;

4. Drying: Allow treated parts to dry at room temperature for 30 minutes or at high temperature (60–90°C) for 5-15 minutes;

 5. Storage: Bond as soon as possible after drying to avoid contamination and exposure to high humidity. It is best to bond within 20 minutes after treatment. 

Note: Diluting with ethanol 10-30 times yields good results. The actual operation and dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the customer's process requirements to achieve the appropriate concentration. 

 Additive Usage: Directly add to resin systems, sealant, or adhesive systems. The recommended dosage is 0.5-1.5% of the total formulation, or adjust according to the performance requirements of the customer's formula.  

Note: The actual operation and dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the customer's process requirements to achieve the appropriate concentration.

Precautions: Store in a ventilated, moisture-proof, cool, and dry environment away from heat sources and open flames. Keep unopened at temperatures below 25°C. After use, seal the container to prevent moisture absorption, which may affect product quality.

This product contains volatile solvents. Ensure the workplace is well-ventilated and fire-safe. Tighten the container after use. If accidentally splashed into eyes, mouth, or skin, rinse thoroughly with water. 

 Shelf Life: When stored unopened below 25°C (77°F), the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
