Sodium Naphthalene Treatment Solution AC-711

AC-711 Sodium Naphthalene Treatment Solution is suitable for enhancing the bonding strength of hydrogen compounds in various plastic products such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), enabling them to be bonded with common adhesives like epoxy resin and polyurethane resin. This allows the use of "Plastic King" in applications involving strong acids, strong alkalis, strong oxidizers, etc., such as various valves and pipelines. It can also be used for surface treatment of steel to reduce the coefficient of surface friction, such as in various machine tool guide rails and gate sliding grooves.

Technical Specifications:

Appearance: Dark green liquid.

Relative Density g/cm³: 0.8～0.83.

Shelf Life: 3～6 months (when sealed and stored). After opening, please use within one week. Avoid light and moisture.

Application Method:

Immerse the PTFE product to be treated, such as a film, in the treatment solution for 1-2 minutes before removal. For single-side treatment, cover the side that does not require treatment with adhesive tape, and remove the tape after treatment is complete. Alternatively, the treatment solution can be sprayed onto the surface of the product. After drying and cleaning, bonding can proceed.

Precautions: The treated product surface must be bonded within 24 hours.

Packaging: This product is packaged in 500ml brown glass bottles.
