1. Cabinet body: Made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥1.2mm, treated with acid pickling and phosphating, and finished with electrostatic powder coating to achieve acid and alkali resistance as well as rust prevention.

2. Door panel: Constructed with high-quality double-layer cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of ≥1.0mm, featuring detachable hinges and a transparent window on the front.

8. Gas detection alarm device: (Optional)

8.1 Combustible gas detection alarm: When combustible gas leaks in the working environment and the detected gas concentration reaches the critical point of the lower or upper explosion limit, the alarm will signal to alert personnel to take safety measures.

8.2 Specialized gas detection alarm: Optional based on the gas cylinder storage conditions, offering high sensitivity and precision for enhanced safety and reliability. The alarm device identifies combustible and toxic gases (such as methane, acetylene, coal gas, hydrogen, hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, propane, nitrogen, etc.). Using a specialized gas detection alarm with air diffusion sampling, it automatically alerts when the concentration reaches the chip's set threshold.

9. Automatic exhaust system:

9.1 When the cabinet sensor detects a gas leak and triggers the alarm, the top fan automatically activates to expel the gas outdoors through the exhaust pipe, ensuring the safety of personnel in the working area.
