Application Scope of This Machine

This machine is suitable for shot blasting cleaning of non-ferrous metals, valves, hardware parts, forgings, castings, and structural components. Through shot blasting, it can remove burrs, surface rust, weld marks, tool marks, oxide scale, molding sand, etc., while finishing the workpiece surface. It can also reduce the internal stress of the workpiece and improve its fatigue strength.

This machine has the following features:

1. Pneumatic control valve device effectively controls the start and stop time of the shot blaster, avoiding ineffective idling, saving energy, and extending the service life of vulnerable parts such as chamber liners and shot blasters.

2. Equipped with a high-flow dust removal and exhaust system, it maintains a certain negative pressure in the cleaning chamber, circulating the airflow to cool the indoor air and the temperature of the shot, achieving the highest efficiency and intensity of shot blasting.

3. Key areas inside the chamber are protected with high-chromium alloy wear-resistant liners. The liners are installed in an overlapping manner, with high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron pads at the overlaps. All liners are fixed to the chamber wall with high-temperature quenched cast-in nuts, making them easy to install and replace, with a service life of over three years.

4. Dust collector chamber + pulse filter cartridge, using a pulse filter cartridge dust collector with automatic pulse cleaning function; the dust filter cartridge is easy to install.

5. This machine is equipped with an explosion-proof electrical cabinet and explosion-proof motors, ensuring high safety.
