DBY Electric Diaphragm Pump

The DBY electric diaphragm pump is a new type of pump. In recent years, due to breakthrough advancements in diaphragm materials, an increasing number of industrial manufacturers have adopted this type of pump to replace some centrifugal pumps and screw pumps in industries such as petrochemicals, ceramics, and metallurgy. The product design is based on prototypes from ABEL Company. This pump is suitable for low-pressure applications, i.e., where the outlet pressure is ≤3 kgf/cm².

Product Features

1. No need for priming water; self-priming capability reaches over 3 meters.

2. Excellent passing performance; particles and slurries with diameters below 10 millimeters can pass through effortlessly.

3. Since the diaphragm separates the conveyed medium from the mechanical transmission components, the medium does not leak externally. The pump itself has no shaft seal, significantly extending its service life. Depending on the medium, diaphragms can be made of chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, nitrile rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene, Teflon (F46), etc., to meet the requirements of different customers.

4. The medium-wetted parts of the pump body can be made of cast iron, stainless steel, rubber-lined, or aluminum alloy according to user requirements. Motors can be standard, explosion-proof, geared, or electromagnetic speed control motors.
