Product Overview

The ZCQ self-priming magnetic pump (hereinafter referred to as the self-priming pump) is a product developed based on user requirements, incorporating new market technologies on the foundation of the CQ magnetic pump, and successfully created after repeated research and testing by Baino's technical team. The ZCQ self-priming magnetic drive pump replaces dynamic sealing with static sealing, ensuring that the pump's flow components are fully sealed. This design eliminates the common issues of leakage, dripping, and seepage found in mechanical seals of other pumps. The pump body and flow components are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, ceramics, PTFE graphite, carbon graphite, and hard alloys. It combines the functionality of the CQ magnetic drive pump with self-priming capabilities, requiring no bottom valve or priming water. It starts immediately upon activation, offering ease and convenience.

Working Principle

The ZCQ series self-priming pump adopts an external-mixing axial return water pump body structure. The pump body consists of a suction chamber, liquid storage chamber, volute, return hole, gas-liquid separation chamber, and other components, as shown in the schematic diagram. After the pump starts, under the action of centrifugal force, the residual liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are mixed by the impeller into a gas-liquid mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute. As the flow velocity decreases, gas and liquid separate. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, while the liquid returns to the pump through the return hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is completely expelled, creating a certain vacuum inside the pump and achieving self-priming. Operating temperature range: -30°C to 110°C (custom high-temperature models available).

This pump features a compact structure, aesthetically pleasing appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, and ease of maintenance and repair. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing and dyeing, food, scientific research, and other industries for pumping acids, alkalis, oils, rare and valuable liquids, toxic liquids, volatile liquids, and for supporting circulating water equipment. It is particularly suitable for handling leak-prone, flammable, and explosive liquids.
