The QBY type pneumatic diaphragm pump is a relatively novel type of pump on the market. It features a simple structure, easy disassembly and repair, stable liquid delivery, minimal vibration, low noise, strong self-priming capability, and the ability to handle high-viscosity liquids. It incorporates many advantages of conveying machinery such as self-priming pumps, submersible pumps, slurry pumps, and impurity pumps. Powered by compressed air, it can thoroughly evacuate and absorb various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic, and hard-to-flow liquids. Its performance parameters are similar to those of WILDEN PUMPS and MARLOW PUMPS. The diaphragm is the core component of the diaphragm pump. Depending on the medium, materials such as chloroprene rubber, tetrafluoro rubber, and nitrile rubber can be selected to meet the requirements of different users. The liquid-contact parts of the pump body can be made from materials such as cast iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and engineering plastic, based on user requirements.

1. No need for priming water; suction lift up to 5 meters, head up to 70 meters, outlet pressure ≥7 bar;
2. Wide flow path with excellent passing performance, allowing particles up to 10 mm in diameter. Minimal wear on the pump when conveying slurry or impurities;
3. Head and flow rate can be steplessly adjusted via the air valve opening (air pressure adjustable between 1-7 bar);
4. The pump has no rotating parts and no shaft seal. The diaphragm separates the conveyed medium from the moving parts and working medium of the pump, ensuring no leakage of the conveyed medium. Therefore, when conveying toxic, volatile, or corrosive media, it does not cause environmental pollution or endanger personal safety;
5. No electricity required, safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive environments;
6. Can operate submerged in the medium;
7. Easy to use and reliable in operation. Starting and stopping simply involve opening and closing the gas valve. Even if the pump runs without medium for an extended period due to unexpected circumstances or shuts down suddenly, it will not be damaged. Once overloaded, the pump will automatically shut down with self-protection functionality. When the load returns to normal, it can automatically restart and operate;
8. Simple structure with few vulnerable parts. The pump is easy to install and maintain. The conveyed medium does not come into contact with moving parts such as the air distribution valve and connecting rod, unlike other types of pumps where performance gradually declines due to wear on rotors, pistons, gears, blades, etc.;
