The YW submersible non-clogging sewage pump is a new generation of pump products developed by Shanghai Bainuo Pump Valve based on the introduction of new technology and combined with the usage characteristics of domestic water pumps. Product Features

1. Large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design, greatly improving the passage capacity for waste, effectively handling fiber materials up to 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.

2. Reasonable design, well-matched motor, high efficiency, and excellent energy-saving effect.

3. The mechanical seal adopts a double tandem seal, made of hard and wear-resistant tungsten carbide, durable and wear-resistant, enabling the pump to operate safely and continuously for over 8,000 hours.

4. Compact structure, small size, easy to move, and simple installation.

5. Can be equipped with an automatic liquid level control cabinet, which automatically controls the start and stop of the pump based on the required liquid level changes, eliminating the need for dedicated supervision and providing convenient use.

6. The pump has a vertical structure, and during operation, the pump body is immersed in the liquid, making it easy to start. There is no issue with exhaust or cavitation, and it features no leakage. The maximum immersion depth can reach 7 meters.

7. Reliable shaft connection structure; the pump and motor are connected by a coupling. The pump shaft is precisely sized, ensuring smooth operation with sufficient safety margin.

8. The pump can be installed with either a single pipe or double pipe, and the support components include round and square plate installations to suit different needs.
