The IMC series continuous no-load fluoroplastic-lined magnetic drive pump, developed by Shanghai Bainuo Pump Valve, incorporates magnetic pump no-load operation technology, making it possible for magnetic pumps to run without liquid under no-load conditions. This pump adopts the latest technology in the industry and has achieved successful experimental results, realizing "no temperature rise" and "zero leakage" during no-load operation of magnetic pumps without liquid! Traditional magnetic drive pumps, when operating without liquid under no-load conditions, generate eddy current heat that burns out the pump's sliding bearing pair and magnetic steel, causing the inner rotor and isolation sleeve to scrape against each other. This leads to pump damage and medium leakage. If a chain reaction occurs with surrounding facilities and the environment, it may result in greater losses or even safety accidents.
The Bainuo no-load magnetic pump without liquid uses corrosion-resistant rolling ceramic bearings. The isolation sleeve is made of imported non-metallic materials, combined with Bainuo's self-ventilation cooling design, which reduces the heat generated by the no-load magnetic pump to a minimum. This ensures that the magnetic pump can achieve a true "zero temperature rise" effect during long-term operation.

Product Features
1. The pump body lining, impeller inner rotor, and isolation sleeve are all made of pure F46 material through one-time molding, with no impurities precipitated, making it highly suitable for transporting high-purity, highly corrosive chemical liquids;
2. The pump casing is made of ductile iron, and the pump body is designed according to standard flanges, offering excellent mechanical strength and the ability to withstand heavy pipeline loads;
3. The flow-passing components are lined with F46 material, featuring six smooth and unobstructed channels, superior hydraulic performance, low hydraulic friction loss, and high efficiency;
4. The pump shaft, bearing sleeve, and dynamic/static rings are all made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide, characterized by high hardness, high wear resistance, and high corrosion resistance;
5. The unique spiral groove design in the bearing sleeve's inner hole facilitates easier lubrication of the sliding bearing pair and more efficient dissipation of heat generated by friction during pump operation;
6. An additional reinforcement cover made of imported PPS material is added outside the isolation sleeve, enabling the pump unit to withstand higher system pressure and eliminating heat generated by eddy currents in metal sleeves;
7. The inner and outer magnets are made of neodymium iron boron material, with a magnetic steel surface strength of up to 3600 Gauss, ensuring smooth transmission of the prime mover's torque to the impeller. It also prevents slippage under high-flow conditions and avoids contact between the inner rotor and the rear thrust ring, thereby preventing friction-induced heat from melting fluoroplastic components and ensuring the magnetic pump operates normally in highly corrosive environments;
8. The entire pump unit adopts a rear-pull structure, allowing one person to perform internal maintenance and part replacement without the need to disassemble the pipeline.
