The IMC magnetic drive centrifugal pump (referred to as magnetic pump) typically consists of an electric motor, a magnetic coupler, and a corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump. Its main feature is the use of a magnetic coupler to transmit power, ensuring no leakage. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic steel of the magnetic coupler to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the gap and isolation sleeve, acting on the inner magnetic steel, causing the pump rotor to rotate synchronously with the motor. This torque transmission occurs without mechanical contact. At the power input end of the pump shaft, since the liquid is enclosed within a stationary isolation sleeve, there is no dynamic seal, thus preventing leakage.
The IMC series magnetic pump is a new type of leak-free corrosion-resistant pump developed by the Magnetic Pump Joint Design Group. The CQB series magnetic pump, in terms of form and basic parameters, complies with the JB/T7742-95 standard for "Small Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps" and meets the enterprise standard Q/BTB01-2001 for "Magnetic Drive Centrifugal Pumps."
The IMC series magnetic pump is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, environmental protection, food, film processing, water treatment, and national defense. It is an ideal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare, valuable, and various corrosive liquids. The CQB series magnetic pump is suitable for transporting liquids with an inlet pressure not exceeding 0.2 MPa, a working pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa, a temperature not exceeding 120°C, a density not exceeding 1600 kg/m³, and a viscosity not exceeding 30×10⁻⁶ m²/s, free of hard particles, fibers, and magnetic substances.
The IMC-G high-temperature magnetic pump is designed to transport liquids with a pressure not exceeding 1.6 MPa, a temperature not exceeding 350°C, and a viscosity not exceeding 30×10⁻⁶ m²/s, free of hard particles and fibers. When the system pressure of the transported medium exceeds 1.6 MPa, Baino Pump Valve Company can provide custom design and manufacturing services.
