1. Product Overview
The Ultrasonic Doppler Flow Velocity and Discharge Meter is an ultrasonic flow measurement instrument based on the "Doppler effect" principle. It uses ultrasonic technology to detect flow velocity, with the measurement point located in front of the device, ensuring no disruption to the flow field. It offers high measurement accuracy, linear flow measurement, and can measure both instantaneous and average flow velocities. With no rotating parts, it is resistant to silt blockage and aquatic weed entanglement, and the probe is robust and durable.
2. Main Structure
It features high measurement accuracy and a wide range, capable of measuring both weak and strong flows. It is highly sensitive, with excellent resolution, and is not limited by the starting flow velocity. It responds quickly, measuring both instantaneous and average flow velocities with linear performance, eliminating the need for K and C values in calibration curves. With no mechanical rotating parts, it avoids issues such as silt blockage or entanglement with weeds and debris. It is particularly suitable for measuring rivers with high sediment and suspended matter content, abundant floating weeds, and extremely harsh ice conditions.
