1. Product Introduction
The BR-SVR series radar flowmeter can continuously measure the flow rate of rivers and open channels. Combined with a radar velocity meter and radar water level gauge, it uses non-contact measurement to obtain surface velocity and water level height. For regular channel cross-sections, conventional mathematical formulas are used to calculate the flow rate. For irregular river cross-sections, the point mapping method and calculus are applied to compute the flow rate. The non-contact measurement method is unaffected by sediment, weeds, and other debris, reducing maintenance costs and increasing equipment reliability.
2. Features
● All-in-one product directly completes flow calculation, with an embedded hydraulic model related to cross-section shape, roughness, slope, water level, etc. The flowmeter directly outputs velocity, water level, instantaneous flow, and cumulative flow without occupying other computing resources.
● Supports array-based multi-point measurement; by configuring one flowmeter and n sets of velocity meters, real-time flow monitoring for wide cross-sections can be achieved.
● Does not disrupt water flow patterns, ensuring accurate measurement data.
