LS25-3C Type Propeller Current Meter

1. Product Introduction

The LS25-3C Type Propeller Current Meter is a newly modified instrument that utilizes the magnetoelectric conversion principle for contactless measurement. It features high signal acquisition count, high sensitivity, excellent waterproof and sand-resistant performance, and a compact structure. It is a wide-range current meter used for measuring high, medium, and low flow velocities in general rivers, reservoirs, lakes, estuaries, hydropower stations, spillways, etc. It is paired with the LX-C Type Flow Velocity Calculation Instrument.

2. Main Technical Specifications

1) Velocity measurement range: V = 0.04–10 m/s

2) Starting velocity of the instrument: Vo ≤ 0.035 m/s  

3) Critical velocity: Vk ≤ 0.12 m/s

4) Number of signals per revolution: four

5) Hydraulic pitch of the propeller: K = 250 mm (theoretical)

6) Overall mean square error of the calibration formula: M ≤ 1.5%

7) Flow measurement duration: 20 s, 50 s, 100 s, or arbitrarily set from 1–999 s

8) Measurement digits: four significant digits

9) Display and query method: Display includes time, K value, C value, duration T, flow velocity V, number of signals, etc.

10) Parameter setting and storage: Adjustable time and settable parameters such as K, C, T values. Parameters can be stored for a long time after power-off.

3. Standard Configuration

The current meter main unit requires the use of a CG20-type measuring rod, current meter, and signal cable, etc.
