1.Product Introduction
The PXC50 hydrological patrol vehicle developed by the company is primarily equipped in various commercial vans, off-road jeeps, and other business travel vehicles. The power for the hydrological winch is supplied by the vehicle's generator, which directly drives the motor to perform various operations. Externally, it achieves the integration of the hydrological winch and the vehicle, effectively addressing the outdated transportation facilities of municipal hydrological departments. This patrol vehicle features excellent ease of installation and disassembly; it can be freely dismantled after the flood season, facilitating multi-purpose use of a single vehicle.
The PXC50 hydrological patrol vehicle offers stable performance, flexible and convenient operation, a high degree of automation, excellent mobility, and superior performance. It includes an automatic overload protection system, a simple structure, and an aesthetically pleasing design. Data collection can be performed using ADCP, ADP, or radar current meters, and it can also utilize a digital flow measurement system for data acquisition.
The accompanying self-developed digital flow measurement system integrates information collection and processing, combining display, calculation, storage, processing, and printing functions. It features Chinese character display, excellent human-computer interaction capabilities, and is equipped with a computer communication interface. The system is compact in design and finely crafted; signal transmission can reach depths of up to 20m, effectively solving the problem of significant signal attenuation in water. The accompanying software can directly generate standard flow record tables and includes data compilation functionality.
The digital flow measurement system mainly consists of five subsystems: (1) Flow measurement subsystem; (2) Flow verification subsystem; (3) Flow analysis subsystem; (4) Flow compilation subsystem; (5) Help service subsystem.
It enables on-site testing, calculation, and display of flow rates, meeting real-time flood control needs. It also includes storage, analysis, and query functions, allowing for analysis, compilation, and printing after measurements are completed.
